Reserva Cuyabeno

Explore the Amazon Rainforest with Dracaena Tours . . .

These regular adventure tours take you deep into the original Amazon rainforest in the Cuyabeno wildlife reserve. You can fly to Lago Agrio or take the bus, to start the tour. From there you will travel down the river by canoe, deep into the forest to Dracaena's camps there.

The camps are basic but comfortable, and get you up close to the wildlife to experience the Amazon rainforest in all its glory. Daily hikes and night time excursions explore all facets of the Amazon, including visits to indigenous groups who have called the forest home for milennia.

"If your planning an amazon trip, nicky Lodge if definitely the place to go! The staff are so helpful and caring and go out of their way to make sure everybody is looked after and having a great time. The rooms are open air which is great for the heat and the beds are comfortable with mosquito nets for protection. The guides are so full of knowledge which is great! The food is so delicious which makes it well worth the money. The activities that were organised were great too and there is always plenty to see! My group and I had the most incredible five days at nicky lodge! Highly recommended :)"
